Using the site means you keep to copyright law, you do not post anything unlawful or misleading, and you look after your own password. ENGcom can remove material and can close an account that breaks those rules.

Personal information is not sold. It is collected when you type it in, used to run the site, and you can change or remove it. Searchers are not tracked as a product. Supplier contact details are the ones the supplier entered.

Rankings are shown without the reviewer’s name. ENGcom keeps the reviewer’s identity for audit. Equipment sellers publish how to contact them. Job ads publish only what the advertiser wrote.

The site is information, not professional advice. Links to other sites are not an endorsement. Equipment buyers remain responsible for safety compliance. ENGcom does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted.
